智能网联汽车测试示范区发展模式探究

摘要: 我国现有 10 家智能网联汽车测试示范区发展呈现差异化。经过几年发展,智能网联汽 车测试示范区的场地建设、测试能力逐步完善,示范区的发展模式、管理模式和运营模式逐 步清晰,但仍未形成成熟的发展模式。论文详细分析 10 家智能网联汽车测试示范区的发展模 式、管理形式和典型的运营模式,总结出几种典型的智能网联汽车示范区可复制推广的发展 模式和运营模式,为国家和地方智能网联汽车测试示范区的建设提供参考,进一步推动示范 区升级车联网先导区进程。

Abstract: The development of 10 intelligent networked vehicle test demonstration zones in China has been differentiated. After several years of development, the site construction and testing capabilities of the intelligent connected vehicle test demonstration zone have gradually improved. The development model, management model and operation model of the demonstration zone have gradually become clear, but a mature development model has not yet been formed. This paper analyzes in detail the development modes, management modes, and typical operation modes of 10 intelligent networked vehicle test demonstration areas, and summarizes several typical intelligent networked vehicle demonstration areas that can be replicated and promoted. The development models and operation modes provide a reference for the construction of the country and the local intelligent networked vehicle test demonstration area to further promote the process of upgrading the pilot area of the internet of vehicles in the demonstration area.
