某乘用车排气系统啸叫原因分析及改善

摘要: 某前置前驱 SUV 在开发过程中,全油门加速工况下,发动机转速 4 000 r/min 以上车内 有明显啸叫声。经排查试验以及对前消进行计算流体力学分析,确定啸叫为前级消声器内插 管上开孔所导致。结合计算流体力学分析结果,提出了优化方案,并进行实车验证。经验证, 啸叫问题得到明显改善,为同类问题的解决提供了参考。

Abstract: During the development of a front engine front drive SUV, there is a clear whistling sound in the car with engine speed over 4 000 r/min under full throttle acceleration. After investigation tests and computational fluid dynamics analysis of the front muffler, it is determined that the whistling is caused by an opening in the intubation of the front muffler. Combining with the results of computational fluid dynamics analysis, the optimization scheme is proposed and verified on the real vehicle. It is proved that the whistling is improved significantly, which provides a reference for solving similar problems.
