摘要: 零部件在运输过程、清洗过程以及放置过程均存在损伤的可能,加强对发动机装配过 程中的零部件防护分析与研究具有重要现实意义。通过对发动机装配过程零部件防护分析, 提出并分析了装机顺序、结合组、关键工序零部件三种放置防护方法,可以有效避免零部件 损伤,提高装配效率,降低整个装配过程的成本。

Abstract: Parts may be damaged during transportation, cleaning and placement, practical significance to strengthen the analysis and research of parts protection during engine assembly. Through the component protection analysis of the engine assembly process, we propose and analyze the installation sequence, combination group and key process parts, which can effectively avoid component damage, improve the assembly efficiency and reduce the cost of the whole assembly process.
