摘要: 为解决车载加油油气回收系统加油后补枪飞溅问题,文章系统阐述了国六车载加油油 气回收燃油系统与国五燃油系统加油排气的不同点。通过对比不同形式的加油限位阀、翻车 阀的工作原理,研究了国六燃油系统加油后补枪飞溅问题发生的机理,分析得出该问题的解 决方案。对燃油系统翻车阀的选型和燃油加注系统的设计具有指导意义。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of gun after refueling oil and gas recovery system, this paper systematically expounds the differences of refueling ventilation between fuel systems on national six onboard refueling vapor recovery and national five. By comparing the working principles of different types of filling level venting valve and roll over valve, this paper studies the mechanism of problem during refueling after shutting off in national six fuel system, and analyzes the solution to the problem, which has guiding significance for the selection of roll over valve and the design of refueling system.
