摘要： 整车结构耐久试验是汽车研发项目验证阶段中的关键环节。文章论述了关联用户实际 使用的整车结构耐久试验规范开发的重要性和总体思路，介绍了用户关联技术工程实践的具 体过程，并对各环节进行了关键的方法阐述。实际验证结果表明，该方法可以保证整车结构 耐久试验精确关联实际用户受力，同时可极大提升整车研发阶段中的验证效率，对整车可靠 性开发起到了重要的作用。

Abstract: Complete vehicle structural durability tests are the critical stage of vehicle R&D. The importance and general route for the customer-correlated vehicle structural durability test development are proposed. The detailed engineering practice process of customer correlation is introduced. The key methods of each link are expounded. Actual validating result show that this method can guarantee the precise force transfer of the customer-correlated vehicle structural durability test, improve test efficiency in the complete vehicle durability development.
