纯电动汽车电池低温加热系统

摘要: 针对新能源汽车动力电池低温环境下动力特性降低,充放电效率下降,影响车辆低温 下正常使用的问题,以电池热管理为出发点,设计了一套新型辅助加热系统,并通过实车台 架及道路试验验证了该设计的有效性。试验结果表明,通过该加热系统对动力电池进行加热 后,车辆的续航里程平均有效提升 54.6%,改善了新能源汽车在低温环境下存在的低能效问 题,对新能源汽车电池动态特性的高效利用及发展技术提供了有效的工程参考。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems in which the normal work of new energy vehicles at low temperature is affected, the dynamic characteristics of the battery of new energy vehicles is decreased, and the charging and discharging efficiency decreased, for the battery thermal management as a starting point, this paper designs a set of new auxiliary heating system, and through the real car bench and road tests verify the effectiveness of the proposed set of design. The test results showed that the average mileage of the vehicle has been effectively improved to 54.6% after the power battery is heated by the heating system, improved the new energy vehicles the problems of low efficiency in low temperature environment. It will provide an effective engineering reference for the efficient utilization of dynamic characteristics of new energy vehicle batteries and the development of technologies.
