汽车制造厂水处理技术应用的现状及发展趋势

摘要: 汽车厂在制造工艺中几乎都要涉及到水的应用,在我们国家水资源日益枯竭、水质恶 化、水体污染事故频发的今天,大众环保意识越来越高,国家对环保要求越来越严格。因此, 作为水资源消耗比较大的各大汽车整车厂对水处理技术应用也越来越重视。文章介绍了汽车 厂工艺车间及能源动力车间所涉及的水处理技术应用现状、水处理原理、水处理药剂、水质 管理的应用现状。文章总结了汽车厂主要水处理设备运营管理、水质管理的方法,展望了现 代汽车制造厂水处理技术及管理的发展趋势。

Abstract: Water application always involves in automobile manufacture process. Nowadays as water recourse increasing exhausted, water quality deteriorate and water pollution accident occurs frequently in our country, public awareness of environment protection is increasing and national policy also puts forward to more and more restrict requirement. Therefore, these large water consumption automobile assembly factories attach more and more attention to water treatment application. This paper mainly introduces the current situation of water treatment application involved in process plant and energy power plant, presents water treatment theory, water treatment chemicals, and the current situation of water quality management. This articles also draw a conclusion about water treatment facility operation management and water quality management methods, and look ahead the developing tendency of water treatment technology and management in modern automobile manufactories.
