摘要: 为了有效地分析和评估后扭力梁的轮心刚度,文章基于后扭力梁有限元模型,分别在 整车坐标系和局部坐标系下,对后扭力梁轮心刚度进行分析研究。后扭力梁在相同结构、不 同的后扭力梁与车身连接衬套安装点的工况下,在整车坐标系下的分析结果差异较大。通过 仿真数据对比,得出在局部坐标系下能更准确分析后扭力梁轮心刚度,对后扭力梁轮心刚度 分析及评价有着重要的意义。

Abstract: In order to efficiently analyze and evaluate the wheel center stiffness of the rear twist beam, based on the finite element model of the rear twist beam, this paper analyzes the wheel center stiffness of the rear twist beam in the vehicle coordinate system and the local coordinate system respectively. With the same structure but different installation points of the rear twist beam to body connecting bushing, the simulation analysis results of the wheel center stiffness in vehicle coordinate system are tremendously different. Through the comparison of simulation data, it can be determined that the wheel center stiffness of the rear twist beam can be more accurately analyzed in the local coordinate system, which is great significance for the simulation analysis and evaluation for the wheel center stiffness of the rear twist beam.
