深度产教融合的车辆工程新能源汽车方向 人才培养模式探究 ——以青岛黄海学院为例

摘要: 技能型人才的培养离不开社会实践的锻炼,通过校企合作实施产教融合是培养应用型 人才的重要途径。论文分析了深度产教融合育人机制的内涵,剖析了车辆工程专业新能源汽 车方向人才培养现状;以青岛黄海学院为例,从人才培养方案的制定、课程体系的构建、教 学模式改革、双师型教师队伍建设等方面提出了深度产教融合的车辆工程新能源汽车方向人 才培养改革措施,以期为产教融合背景下的车辆工程专业新能源汽车方向人才培养提供借鉴, 培养社会认可、企业所需的新能源汽车人才。

Abstract: The cultivation of skilled talents is inseparable from the exercise of social practice. The implementation of industry education integration through school enterprise cooperation is an important way to cultivate applied talents. This paper analyzes the connotation of the educational mechanism of deep integration of industry and education, and the current situation of talent training in the direction of new energy vehicles in vehicle engineering, taking Qingdao Huanghai University as an example, puts forward the reform measures of vehicle engineering new energy vehicle talent training with deep integration of industry and education from the aspects of the formulation of talent training plan, the construction of curriculum system, the reform of teaching mode and the construction of double qualified teachers, in order to provide reference for the talent training of vehicle engineering new energy vehicle under the background of industry and education integration,cultivate new energy vehicle talents recognized by the society and needed by enterprises.
