摘要: 某重型特种车辆液压油箱支架根部焊缝开裂,严重影响车辆行驶安全性。为找出支架 焊缝开裂原因,文章利用有限元法对油箱支架进行三种典型工况刚强度分析,结果表明支架 在三种工况下刚强度存在较大风险。通过对支架结构改进设计,改变结构形状、材料和板材 厚度,仿真分析结果表明,支架结构改进后,强度和刚度得到了较大提升。通过结构改进设 计,支架应力水平和变形得到了改善,避免结构设计上的局限而引起强度不足的风险,对工 程设计具有较好指导意义。

Abstract: The root weld of a hydraulic tank of a heavy special vehicle is cracked, which seriously affects the driving safety of the vehicle. In order to find out the cause of weld cracking of the bracket, the finite element method is used to analyze the stiffness and strength of the bracket under three typical working conditions. The results show that there is a great risk in the stiffness and strength of the bracket under three working conditions. Improving the design of bracket structure changes the bracket structure shape, material and plate thickness. The simulation results show that the stiffness and strength of the bracket structure are greatly improved after the improvement. Through the structural improvement design, the stress and deformation of the bracket are improved to avoid the risk of insufficient strength caused by the limitation of structural design, which has a good guiding significance for engineering design.
