基于 PFMEA 分析方法解决某车型尾门与 侧围面差匹配问题

摘要: 随着汽车行业的快速发展,顾客不仅对汽车性能有所要求,对汽车的感官质量,尤其是门 盖尺寸匹配方面的要求也正在逐步提高。汽车四门两盖匹配状态的好坏,将直接影响到客户对车 辆的第一感知和对车辆的认可度、满意度。文章运用 PFMEA 过程分析方法,对某车型尾门与侧围 面差匹配差这种潜在的失效模式进行了分析,通过引用新技术、新工艺,增加限位,缩小尺寸链 等方法,提高探测率,降低了尾门与侧围面差大的失效频次,使得尾门与侧围面差匹配问题得到 有效控制,产品质量得到了很好的保障。

关键词: PFMEA;面差匹配;尾门;六西格玛

Abstract: With the rapid development of the automobile industry, customers not only have requirements for automobile performance, but also on the sensory quality of the automobile, especially the size matching of the door cover. The matching state of the four doors and two covers of the car will directly affect the customer's first perception of the vehicle and the recognition and satisfaction of the vehicle.By using the method of PFMEA process analysis of a vehicle tail gate and side face poor matching poor around this potential failure mode is analyzed, by referencing the new technology, new process, increase the limit, to reduce the dimension chain, improve the detection rate and reduce the tail gate and side surface around the failure of big difference frequency, make the tail gate and side face around poor matching problem will be brought under effective control, product quality obtained the very good security.
