关于重型纯电动商用车总质量限值的研究

摘要: 2016 年 7 月 26 日《汽车、挂车及汽车列车外廓尺寸、轴荷及质量限值》(GB 1589)发布实 施,该标准规定了汽车、挂车及汽车列车的外廓尺寸及质量限值,适用于在道路上使用的所有车 辆,是汽车行业最基本的技术标准之一。文章通过论述国家战略对新能源汽车的支持力度,举例 说明车辆产品《公告》技术审查规范要求(汽车部分)针对纯电动商用车载质量利用系数调整条 款的规定,同时调研了主流主机厂重型纯电动商用车整备质量参数,旨在分析 GB 1589 中 4.3 最 大允许总质量限值对重型纯电动商用车的制约,并提出合理建议,适当调整重型纯电动商用车的 总质量及轴荷限值,以此促进新能源汽车高质量发展。

Abstract: On July 26, 2016, Outline dimensions, axle loads and mass limits of automobiles, trailers and motor vehicles (GB 1589) was released for implementation. The standard stipulates the outline dimensions and mass limits of automobiles, trailers and motor vehicles, applicable to all vehicles on the road, is the automotive industry one of the most basic technical standards. This paper discusses the support of the national strategy for new energy vehicles, and illustrates with examples the requirements of the technical review specification (automobile part) of the Bulletin of vehicle products for the regulation of the on-board quality utilization coefficient of pure electric commercial vehicles, in order to analyze the restriction of the maximum allowable total mass limit of 4.3 in GB 1589 to the heavy-duty pure electric commercial vehicle, and put forward some reasonable suggestions, the total mass and axle load limit of heavy-duty pure electric commercial vehicle should be adjusted to promote the high quality development of new energy vehicle.
