摘要: 喷油嘴是柴油机最重要的工作部件之一,其性能直接影响柴油机的燃烧过程,故研究喷嘴 内柴油的喷射特性以及燃油的喷雾特性是非常有必要的。但是喷油嘴内部空间非常狭小,却有很 高的燃油流动速度和喷射压力,要对其进行试验有非常大的难度。文章通过 Gambit 软件进行喷油 嘴几何建模,然后进行合理的网格划分,最后将几何模型导入 Fluent 软件。通过改变喷射压力, 来模拟喷孔内的燃油流动速度、压力分布情况,对其进行分析研究。结果表明:提高喷射压力, 使喷孔内部燃油的流速增大。

Abstract: Injector nozzle is one of the most important working parts of diesel engine, its performance direct ly affects the combustion process and discharge performance of diesel engine, so it is very necessary to study the injection characteristics of diesel fuel and fuel spray characteristics in the nozzle. But the internal space of the nozzle is very narrow, but there is a very high fuel flow speed and injection pressure, it is very difficult to test it. Gambit software was used for the geometric modeling of the nozzle, and then the reasonable mesh division was car ried out. Finally, the geometric model was imported into Fluent software. By changing the injection pressure, the flow velocity and pressure distribution of the fuel in the nozzle are simulated, and the results show that increasing the injection pressure increases the flow velocity of the fuel in the nozzle.
