积分法相对位移测量在汽车 NVH 性能 开发中的应用

Application of Integral Method of Relative Displacement Measurement in Vehicle NVH Performance Development

摘要: 在汽车 NVH 性能开发过程中,各减振系统的相对位移是一项重要的评价指标。传统式位移 传感器不能够进行狭小空间位移测量,并且需要制作辅助夹具才能够进行位移传感器安装,试验 效率低且成本高。文章提出的积分法相对位移测量方法,只需要利用通用的加速度传感器采集被 测试部位的振动加速度信号,然后对信号进行滤波和积分处理即可获得测试部位的相对位移,试 验效率高且成本低。目前,积分法相对位移测量法已经在汽车 NVH 性能开发过程中得到了很好的 验证和应用。

Abstract: In the development of vehicle NVH performance, the relative displacement of each damping system is an important evaluation index. The traditional displacement sensor cannot measure the displacement in a narrow space, and need to make auxiliary fixture to be able to install the displacement sensor, low test efficiency and high cost; the relative displacement measurement method proposed in this article, only need to use a general acceleration sensor to collect the vibration acceleration signal of the measured part, then filter and integrate the acceleration signal to obtain the displacement of the tested part, and finally obtain the relative displacement of the tested part through arithmetic calculation, high test efficiency and low cost. At present, the relative displacement measurement method of integral method has been well verified and applied in the development of vehicle NVH performance.
