摘要： 文章介绍了轻型卡车备胎升降器常见故障及主要问题的改进措施。备胎升降器主要有备胎 使用过程中松脱、备胎升降器卡滞、备胎使用过程中晃动或旋转等三种故障。根据备胎升降器结 构原理，通过 FT 图系统分析了三种故障的可能原因，并对主要原因展开说明。在此基础上给出了 改进建议：对备胎升降器的润滑、弹簧压紧力、防尘罩设计、轮辋与横梁结合面摩擦系数需要重 点关注。

关键词: 备胎升降器；常见故障；润滑；摩擦系数

Abstract: This paper introduces the common faults of the light truck spare tire lifter and the improvement measures for the main problems. The spare tire lifter mainly has three kinds of faults: loose spare tire during use, stuck spare tire lifter, shaking or rotation during use. According to the structural principle of the spare wheel lifter, the possible causes of three kinds of faults are systematically analyzed through FT diagram, and the main causes are explained. On this basis, the improvement suggestions are given: the lubrication of the spare wheel lifter, the spring pressing force, the dust cover design, and the friction coefficient of the joint surface between rim and cross beam need to be paid special attention.
