基于职业技能评价的技术人才继续教育模式

Continuing Education Model of Technical Talents Based on Vocational Skilled Evaluation

摘要: 为了完善学生职后职业技能评价和满足技术技能提升需求,文章从企业需求开始着手,以双高品牌建设为 导向,以企业为载体来建立职业技能评价课程;通过以职业技能大赛、技能人才奖励与薪酬保障制度来论证职后一 体化素质模型培训课程;最后以信息化工具为手段,以大国工匠、技能名师为保障,完善课程的建设和评价。研究 表明:基于以上课程体系,可以有效培养出服务于社会、符合企业需求的高技能专业人才。

Abstract: In order to improve students' post-service vocational skills evaluation and meet the needs of technical skills improvement, this paper starts from the needs of enterprises, takes the construction of double-high brand as the guide, and takes enterprises as the carrier to establish vocational skills evaluation courses. Through the vocational skills competition, the reward system of skilled personnel and the salary guarantee system to demonstrate the post-job integrated quality model training course; Finally, the construction and evaluation of the curriculum should be improved with the information tools as the means and the guarantee of great craftsmen and famous skilled teachers. The research shows that: based on the above curriculum system, it can effectively cultivate highly skilled professionals who serve the society and meet the needs of enterprises.
