重型卡车驾驶室冬季防渗水研究

摘要: 重型卡车驾驶室最基本的作用是保证乘员行车安全,提供舒适的驾乘环境,在我国北方部分地区的冬季, 行车一段时间后会出现驾驶室内渗冷凝水的情况。文章从驾驶室结构入手,分析了外部水源进入驾驶室的途径并进 行验证,从优化驾驶室密封结构和装配工艺等方面提出防水优化建议;分析驾驶室内部冷凝水的成因,给出了冷凝 水量的计算方法;研究不同钣金间隙及保温层厚度对驾驶室内表面温度的影响,提出将驾驶室内表面温度提升至冷 凝水露点温度以上的优化措施。

Abstract: The most basic function of the heavy truck cab is to ensure the safety of the passengers and provide a comfortable driving environment. In parts of northern China in winter, there will be condensation water in the cab after driving for a period of time. This paper starts with the cab structure, analyzes the way the external water source enters the cab and verifies it, puts forward waterproof optimization suggestions from the aspects of optimizing the sealing structure and assembly technology of the cab; analyzes the causes of condensation water inside the cab, and gives the calculation method of condensation water quantity; studies the different gold margins and insulation layer thickness. On the influence of the surface temperature of the cab, an optimization measure is proposed to raise the surface temperature of the cab to the temperature above the dew point of condensed water.
