某轻型货车离合器踏板结合高度异常分析与处理

摘要: 某轻型货车在调试和使用过程中时常出现离合器踏板结合高度有时高有时低的情况,且离合器结合不平顺。 为排除故障,现需要找到该问题发生的原因,并避免在其他车型上再次发生。现有计算方法是计算离合器踏板最小 分离行程,然后和离合器踏板总行程比较,留有合理余量即可获得舒适的离合器踏板接合高度,显然这种计算方法 不能解释故障现象,还需要从离合器操纵装置中所有相关零件和液压油的运动和受力分析寻找故障原因。文章从离 合器管路液压油流动阻力入手,以试验和理论计算分析的方法找出故障原因,提出排除故障的方法,经过实际应用 验证能够解决离合器踏板结合高度异常问题。

Abstract: In the process of debugging and using a light truck, the clutch pedal combination height is sometimes high and sometimes low, and the clutch combination is not smooth. In order to solve the problem, we need to find out the cause of the problem and avoid it happening again in other models. The existing calculation method is to calculate the minimum separation stroke of the clutch pedal, and then compare with the total stroke of the clutch pedal, leaving a reasonable margin to obtain a comfortable clutch pedal engagement height. Obviously, this calculation method can not explain the fault phenomenon. It is also necessary to analyze the movement and force of all relevant parts and hydraulic oil in clutch control device. This paper starts with the flow resistance of the hydraulic oil in the clutch pipeline, finds out the cause of the fault by the method of test and theoretical calculation and analysis, and puts forward the method of troubleshooting. After practical application, it can solve the problem of abnormal clutch pedal combination height.
