摘要: 在中国作为全球新能源汽车主战场背景下,面对国家补贴逐步退坡和国产特斯拉 Model 3 的价格继续下探 等不利因素,文章以产品质量和客户感知不降低为前提,以提高产品综合质价比为目的,依托 VAVE 管理工具,探 究如何实现量产车型设计成本持续优化。实践表明,VAVE 是提高新能源量产车型产品力的有力武器。

关键词: VAVE;技术型商人;系统集成;通用化

Abstract: In the context that China is the main battlefield of new energy vehicles in the world, combined with the unfavourable factors such as the gradually declining of state subsidies and the continuous downward price pressure from the domestic Tesla Model 3, the design cost of mass-produced vehicles can be continuously optimized by relying on VAVE management tools, the aim of which is to improve the comprehensive quality-price ratio of products, without making compromise to the product quality and customer perception. Practice shows that VAVE is a powerful tool to improve the product competitive of new energy vehicles.
