摘要: 某车型在试制阶段开展整车淋雨试验,对发生在车门防水膜、门护板、线束等位置的典型漏水问题进行调 查,通过对失效原因的分析,制定相应的改善措施,最终解决了淋雨试验的漏水问题,为后续车型的设计积累了经验。
关键词: 淋雨试验;车门;漏水
Abstract: Carry out the rain test of the whole vehicle in the trial production stage, investigate the typical water leakage problems that occurred in the door waterproof membrane, door guard plate, wiring harness, etc., and formulate corresponding improvement measures through the analysis of the failure cause, and finally solve the problem of water leakage in rain test. Accumulated experience for the design of subsequent models.
