基于 ISO 26262 的 7DCT 输入轴转速监控 策略的分析

Analysis on 7DCT Input Shaft Speed Monitoring Strategy Based on ISO 26262

摘要: 为保证双离合自动变速器调速换挡的功能安全,基于 ISO 26262 标准的要求,对调速 换挡功能进行了概念阶段的设计,确定了避免输入轴转速过高的安全目标。结合 3 层监控方 法,分别设计了功能应用层、功能监控层和硬件监控层的输入轴转速监控策略。基于 MATLAB/ Simulink 创建了控制模型,最后进行故障注入测试。测试结果表明,所设计的监控策略符合 ISO 26262 要求,并保证输入轴转速的功能安全。

Abstract: In order to ensure the functional safety of dual clutch transmission speed regulation and shift, based on the requirements of ISO 26262 standard, the concept phase design of speed regulation and shift function was carried out. The safety goal of avoiding high speed of input shaft was determined. Combined with the three-level monitoring method, the monitoring strategies of the input shaft speed including the functional application level, the functional monitoring level and the hardware monitoring level were designed respectively. The control model was established based on Matlab/Simulink, and the fault injection test was carried out. The test results show that the designed monitoring strategy meets the requirements of ISO 26262 and ensures the functional safety of the input shaft speed.
