以团队协作为导向的材料科学基础实验 教学改革探究

摘要: 目前,在专业工程认证导向下,机械类专业开设的材料科学基础实验课程是培养机械 工程相关的技术人才形成良好的实践能力和创新能力的关键学科核心课程之一。为了避免实 验问题的继续延伸和提升学生的综合实验素质,笔者结合多年的教学实施情况,总结出实验 教学中存在的问题,提出了以团队协作模式进行实验教学,从实验项目的设计、试样的选择、 实验理论知识的提炼、团队协作实验等方面阐述材料科学基础实验教学改革,学生在实践过 程中不仅获得重要的实验理论知识,而且还提升在实验过程中的问题思考、分析、解决能力, 培养团队协作意识,实现以“学生为中心,教师引领”的教学方式,从而达到提高并优化材 料科学基础实验的教学效果的目的。

Abstract: At present, under the guidance of professional engineering certification, the material science fundamental experiment course offered by mechanical majors is one of the key discipline core courses for cultivating mechanical engineering-related technical talents to form good practical and innovative abilities. In order to avoid the continuous extension of experimental problems and improve the comprehensive experimental quality of students, the authors combined with years of teaching implementation, summarized the problems existing in experimental teaching, and proposeda teamwork model for experimental teaching. From the design of experimental projects, selection of samples, the extraction of experimental theoretical knowledge, teamwork experiments, etc. explain the teaching reform of fundamental experiments in materials science, so that students not only obtain important experimental theoretical knowledge in the process of practice, but also improve the thinking of problems in the experimental process, analysis, solution ability, cultivate teamwork consciousness, realize the teaching method of "student-centered, teacher-led", so as to achieve the purpose of improving and optimizing the teaching effect of fundamental experiments of materials science.
