Cracking Analysis of 700 MPa Grade Girder Steel During Roll Forming

摘要: 为探究 700 MPa 级大梁钢在某商用车主机厂辊压开裂原因,采用材料微观组织观察、 断口扫描、力学性能测试、低倍分析等方法进行了系统分析。结果表明,导致 U 型梁在分条、 辊压成型过程中产生边部炸裂或开裂的主要原因是材料的强度过大,另外材料板厚中心位置 的珠光体偏析、氮化物夹杂加剧了材料开裂的趋势。通过控制材料强度,减少氮化物夹杂, 控制铸坯中心偏析带,可有效避免该材料在辊压过程中产生开裂。

Abstract: In order to explore the cause of roll cracking of 700 MPa grade large beam steel in a commercial vehicle main engine plant, systematic analysis was carried out by means of material microstructure observation, fracture scanning, mechanical property testing and low power analysis. The results show that the main reason for the bursting or cracking of U-shaped beams in the process of slitting and rolling is that the strength of the material is too high, and the pearlite segregation and nitride inclusion in the center of the material thickness exacerbate the cracking tendency of the material. By controlling material strength, reducing nitride inclusion and controlling segregation zone in the center of billet, cracking of the material in the process of rolling can be effectively avoided.
