摘要: 随着消费者物质生活越来越富足,精神生活也随之提升。汽车制造企业为迎合消费者 多元化的需求,在整车配置、功能、娱乐设施设计上也随之多元化、个性化。而在汽车装配 车间,当前质量的主要控制措施还是采用人员检查的方法,多元化、个性化配置对人员的整 体技能要求较高。为了降低人员在质量检查中的错检、漏检风险,文章提出的视觉检查系统, 能够解决这种风险。视觉检查系统是利用可编程逻辑控制器工控技术控制视觉镜头,在生产 线对实体进行取证,在后台数据库进行比对,然后识别错装、漏装及其它质量问题,通过实 时显示及报警的方式,提醒维修人员对质量问题进行处理。同时,该系统具备深度学习功能, 能够横向扩展数据库等功能。结果表明,视觉检查系统的研究和推广,能够降低生产线人员 投入,同时提升自动化、智能化在制造业的应用水平。

Abstract: As consumers become materially richer, so do their spiritual lives.In order to meet the needs of consumers, automobile design is becoming more and more diversified in configuration, function and entertainment system, vehicle configuration, functions, entertainment facilities are also diversified and personalized design. In the automobile assembly workshop, the main quality control measures are still personnel inspection, and the diversified and personalized configuration requires higher overall skills of personnel. In order to reduce the risk of wrong inspection and missing inspection, the visual inspection system described in this paper can solve this risk. Visual inspection system is the use of programmable logic controller industrial control technology to control the visual lens, in the production line to obtain evidence of the entity, and then compare in the background database, and then identify the wrong installation, missing installation and other quality problems,through real-time display and alarm, remind maintenance personnel to deal with quality problems.At the same time, the system has deep learning function, can horizontally expand the database and other functions. The results show that the research and popularization of visual inspection system can reduce the input of production line personnel and promote the application of automation and intelligence in manufacturing industry.
