摘要: 汽车产业是国民经济的支柱产业,在汽车行业竞争日益激烈的今天,降低成本显得尤 为重要。编成效率是评价生产效率的重要指标,同时也是降低成本的重要因素,因此,用科 学合理的方法来进行编成效率提升就显得十分重要。文章首先以动作经济性原则为指导,并 借助 MTM 法对各工位的工时进行分析;其次,针对工时结果形成线体平衡墙;再次,针对 平衡墙中的瓶颈工位,运用 ECRS 法制定解决措施,对各工位工作内容进行重新组合优化, 消除瓶颈,平衡工序。最后,对优化效果进行固化,形成闭环管理。文章为降低制造成本、 提升编成效率提供了科学有效的方法,并为其他制造型企业提升效率提供了借鉴。

Abstract: The automobile industry is the pillar industry of the national economy, in the automobile industry competition is increasingly fierce today, reducing the cost is particularly important. The braiding efficiency is an important index to evaluate the production efficiency, but also an important factor to reduce the cost, so it is very important to improve the braiding efficiency by scientific and reasonable methods. In this paper, firstly, guided by the principle of action economy, and with the help of MTM method, the working hours of each station are analyzed. Secondly, the line body balance wall is formed according to the result of working hours. Thirdly, in view of the bottleneck station in the balance wall, the ECRS method is used to formulate the solution, and the work content of each station is recombined and optimized, so as to eliminate the bottleneck and balance the process. Finally, the optimization effect is solidified to form a closed-loop management. This paper provides a scientific and effective method for reducing manufacturing cost and improving production efficiency, and provides a reference for other manufacturing enterprises to improve efficiency.
