基于发动机在环的驾驶风格对 C-WTVC 油耗排放影响

The Impact of the Different Drivability on C-WTVC Fuel Economy and Emissions Based on EIL

摘要: 随着标准法规对整车油耗标准的加严,在开发前期,很难评估发动机台架开发是否满 足整车油耗排放法规的限值要求,同时由于整车上不同模式的驾驶风格对排放和油耗的影响 无法被单独剥离进行评估,因此,在此背景下基于中国重型商用车瞬态循环工况,通过发动 机在环系统进行台架模拟试验,从车速和发动机转速的模拟跟随结果来看,整车工况能够被 准确复现出来,油耗结果 EIL 系统与整车转毂对比循环加权油耗偏差 1.63%,NOx 原排循环 结果偏差 0.91%,从精度结果上证明可通过发动机在环的测试方法进行整车的模拟验证。基 于以上研究结果分别测试了动力性与经济性两种驾驶风格对油门踏板的修正(0~50%油门踏 板对应扭矩输出动力性修正比经济性修正扭矩增加 6%~8%)对中国重型商用车瞬态循环结 果的影响相对原始数据,动力性风格修正,循环加权油耗上升 0.34%,加速度平均值上升 0.48%,NOx 原排循环结果上升 1.65%,经济性风格修正,循环加权油耗降低 1.2%,加速度 平均值降低 0.24%,NOx 原排循环结果降低 5.26%,所以在开发过程中需要考虑到不同驾驶 风格模式对法规限值的覆盖性。

Abstract: With fuel economy and emission regulations for vehicles have become increasingly stringent year by year, it is difficult to evaluate whether the engine bench development reach the limit requirements of vehicle fuel economy and emission in the early stage of development. At the same time, the emission and fuel consumption are affected by the different driving styles on the vehicle. The impact of the drivability cannot be separated for evaluation. In this context, based on the C-WTVC cycle, a bench simulation test was carried out through the engine-in-the-loop system. From the simulation follow-up results of vehicle speed and engine speed, the working conditions of the whole vehicle can be accurately reproduced. The fuel consumption results of the EIL system and the vehicle are compared with the fuel consumption deviation of 1.63%, and the deviation of the NOx exhaust cycle results is 0.91%. The accuracy results prove that the EIL-in-the-loop test method can be used to carry out the simulation verification of the whole vehicle. Based on the test results, the correction of the accelerator pedal for two driving styles, dynamic and economical (the torque output dynamic correction corresponding to 0-50% accelerator pedal is 6%-8% higher than the economic correction torque), was tested on the C-WTVC cycle. The effect of the results relative to the original data, dynamic correction, cycle-weighted fuel consumption increased by 0.34%, acceleration average increased by 0.48%, NOx original exhaust results increased by 1.65%, economic correction, cycle-weighted fuel consumption decreased by 1.2%, acceleration average reduced by 0.24%, the result of NOx original exhaust cycle is reduced by 5.2%. So in the development process, it is necessary to consider the coverage of different driving style modes on the regulatory limit.
