某型电动汽车的车身柱碰结构设计

摘要: 国家和人民对电动汽车安全越来越重视,根据 C-NCAP 管理规则柱碰已被纳入电动汽 车的安全性能考查项,因此,有必要对电动汽车车身柱碰结构进行针对性设计。基于电动汽 车柱碰安全性能,建立车身柱碰结构仿真分析模型,研究增加门槛型腔结构强度和新增碰撞 力传递路径,来满足侧面柱碰撞的要求。对比不同变量方案的分析数据,方案实施后 B 柱关 键位置测点碰撞侵入量明显降低,车身柱碰结构安全性能得到大幅优化提升,表明方向研究 的正确性,对于以后的研发设计具有重要的指导作用。

Abstract: The country and people pay more and more attention to the electric vehicle safety. According to the C-NCAP managements rule, pole impact has been included in the safety performance of electric vehicles. Therefore, it is necessary to design the body pole impact structure of electric vehicle. Based on the safety performance of electric vehicle pole impact, the simulation analysis model of body column collision structure is established. The structural strength of threshold cavity was increased and the transmission path of impact force was added to meet the requirements of side column collision. Comparing the analysis data of different variable scenarios, after the scheme is implemented, the intrusion amount of the key points of B-column is obviously reduced. The safety performance of the body column collision structure has been greatly optimized and improved. It indicates the correnctness of the direction research, which has an important guiding role for the future research and development design.
