摘要: “动力电池系统异常故障诊断与排除”是新能源汽车的维护与故障诊断专业核心课程中 以实际工作任务为载体进行项目化重构后的一个教学项目。文章将 PDCA 循环理念融入该教 学项目中,以学生为中心,基于岗位工作流程构建“任务循环递进,角色轮流转换”的 PDCA 循环教学模式,打造沉浸式职业体验,采用项目驱动,理实一体化实施课程教学。实践证明, PDCA 循环的引入有助于提高学生职业能力和综合素养。

Abstract: "Troubleshooting the Abnormality of the Power Battery System" is a teaching project in the professional core course of "Maintenance and Fault Diagnosis of New Energy Vehicles" with practical work tasks as the carrier. This paper integrates the PDCA cycle concept into the teaching project and builds the PDCA cycle teaching mode with "Task cycles progress, and roles change in turns" based on the job workflow and student-centered. Project-driven and theory-practice-integrated teaching are adopted to create immersive professional experience. Practice has proved that the introduction of the PDCA cycle helps to improve students' professional ability and comprehensive literacy.
