探究校企协同育人模式下奔驰电气系统课程 思政元素的挖掘与融入

摘要: 为解决校企协同育人主体复杂多元化,教学效果参差不齐、学生认同度和获得感不均 等问题,基于校企合作、工学结合项目,充分挖掘校企双方德育资源,共建学生职业素质标 准,展开校企协同育人模式下课程思政建设的目标及路径规划。文章以戴姆勒铸星教育项目 订单班奔驰电气系统课程为例,充分挖掘校企合作优势资源并合理融入到日常教学过程中, 有针对性地开展职业素质教育和专业技能培养。同时夯实教学团队和实践基地,全面推进课 程思政教育教学改革,为高职学生教育和社会发展提供理论和实践依据。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of complex and diversified subjects of school enterprise collaborative education, uneven teaching effects and unequal students' recognition and sense of acquisition, based on the school enterprise cooperation and work study combination project, fully tap the moral education resources of both schools and enterprises, jointly build students' professional quality standards, and carry out the goal and path planning of curriculum ideological and political construction under the mode of school enterprise collaborative education. Taking the order class of Daimler Zhuxing education project Mercedes Benz electrical system as an example, this paper fully excavates the advantageous resources of school enterprise cooperation and reasonably integrates them into the daily teaching process, so as to carry out vocational quality education and professional skill training. At the same time, consolidate the teaching team and practice base, and comprehensively promote the teaching reform of curriculum ideological and political education, in order to provide theoretical and practical basis for higher vocational students' education and social development.
