摘要: 论文对商用车板簧主片中心运动轨迹试验方法进行了研究,提出了明确的台架测试方 案,重点介绍台架构造、数据采集过程以及数据处理方法。通过对三个牵引车板簧进行实际 测试及试验数据分析,验证了此试验方案的有效性。通过此方法可准确获得板簧主片轨迹中 心坐标及轨迹半径,可为设计人员进行理论计算和仿真分析校核提供重要数据依据。

Abstract: In this paper, the test method of main leaf center trajectory of a commercial vehicle is researched, and a clear bench test plan is proposed, and the bench structure, data acquisition process, and data processing method are introduced with emphasis. Through actual test and test data analysis of three tractor leaf springs, the validity of this test scheme is verified. This method can accurately obtain the trajectory center coordinates and trajectory radius of the main leaf of the leaf spring, which can provide important data basis for the designers to perform theoretical calculations and simulation analysis.
