动力电池箱体锈蚀现象失效模式分析

动力电池箱体作为新能源电动汽车动力源的重要防护层,其耐腐蚀性能直接影响电池的耐久性及寿命,甚
至影响整车的安全。文章从动力电池箱体锈蚀中几个常见的失效模式入手,分析其产生的原因,为电池箱体的耐腐

Failure Mode Analysis of Corrosion Phenomenon of Power Battery

As an important protective part of the battery of new energy electric vehicles, the corrosion resistance of the
battery box directly affects the durability and life of the battery, and even the safety of the whole vehicle.This paper will
start with several common failure modes in the corrosion of power battery box, and analyze the causes of them, so as to
provide a strong theoretical basis for the corrosion resistance design of battery box.

动力电池箱体作为新能源电动汽车动力源的重要防护层,其耐腐蚀性能直接影响电池的耐久性及寿命,甚

Abstract:

As an important protective part of the battery of new energy electric vehicles, the corrosion resistance of the
battery box directly affects the durability and life of the battery, and even the safety of the whole vehicle.This paper will
