In order to improve efficiency, sum up experience and better carry out bulk packaging and transportation, this paper summarizes the operation contents of the production process, analyzes the actual process from knocked down bulk parts classification, primary packaging, secondary packaging, packaging unit base, container selection, packaging scheme verification and so on, and puts forward the formulation method of knocked down bulk parts export packaging scheme, which will help to formulate the export inspection and quarantine requirements and ensure the reliable function of parts and components after reaching the destination The appearance is intact, the quantity is not missing, and the packaging scheme required to ensure the consistency of loading is ultimately conducive to the development of export business.
