煤矿胶带运输系统优化控制分析

摘要: 煤矿胶带运输系统在实际运行中大多以恒定速度运行,而胶带运输机实际负载会随煤 矿开采情况变化。所以在轻载和空载情况下,胶带运输机仍然以满载时的恒定速度运行势必 会造成能量的浪费。论文通过对煤矿胶带运输系统节能运行理论进行分析,设计适合煤矿胶 带运输系统实际运行的控制算法。将控制算法应用到煤矿胶带运输系统中进行优化控制,根 据胶带运输机负载的情况,达到轻载慢速运行,空载怠速的效果,以此达到节约能量的目的。 并开发监测软件,基于浏览器/服务器+客户端/服务器混合架构网络模式来监测煤矿胶带运输 的运行状况。

Abstract: Coal mine belt conveyor systems mostly operate at a constant speed in actual operation, and the actual load of belt conveyor will change according to coal mining conditions. Therefore, under light load and no-load conditions, the belt conveyor still runs at a constant speed under full load, which is bound to cause a waste of energy. This paper analyzes the energy-saving operation theory of a coal mine belt transportation system, and designs the control algorithm suitable for the actual operation of a coal mine belt transportation system. The control algorithm is applied to the coal mine belt transportation system for optimal control. According to the load of the belt conveyor, the effect of light load, slow operation and no-load idle speed is achieved, so as to save energy. The monitoring software is developed to monitor the operation status of coal mine belt transportation systems based on Browser/Server(B/S)+Client/Server(C/S)hybrid architecture network mode.
