摘要: 发动机台架排放测试对试验环境、试验边界、测试设备、测试方法都有严格的要求。 文章从发动机台架布置、排放设备、报告分析等方面来分析相关因素对排放测试结果的影响。 碳平衡方法作为验证整个排放测试系统是否正常的重要手段,文章探讨了系统泄露、延迟时 间、分析仪精度对其的影响;对影响颗粒物测试结果的定容采样系统设备、滤纸称重、中冷 器等方面做了分析;通过测试结果对比、实时数据分析等方法查找排放试验失效原因。

Abstract: Engine bench emission test has strict requirements for test environment, test boundary, test equipment and test methods. This paper will analyze the influence of relevant factors on emission test results from the aspects of engine bench layout, emission equipment and report analysis. Carbon balance method is an important means to verify whether the whole emission test system is normal. This paper discusses the effects of system leakage, delay time and analyzer accuracy on it. The constant volume sampling equipment, filter paper weighing and intercooler which affect the particle test results are analyzed; Find out the failure reason of emission test by comparing the test results and analyzing the real-time data.
