摘要: 为了研究无级变速器的钢带速比变化率对整车驾驶经济性的影响,文章分析了钢带系 统的机械、液压等特性,搭建了无级变速器仿真模型。通过理论分析推导,得到了瞬态工况 下整车加速度及燃油消耗率与速比变化率的数学关系。借助仿真环境,分析了某典型工况下 速比的变化率对硬件安全性和整车的动力性、经济性、平顺性的影响。由此获知整车应用可 根据驾驶意图进行速比变化率大小的控制,同时需限制速比变化率。这为基于驾驶意图的速 比控制研发和速比参数桌面标定提供了理论依据。

Abstract: In order to study the influence of the change rate of the steel belt speed ratio of the continuously variable transmission on the driving economy of the whole vehicle, the paper analyzes the mechanical and hydraulic characteristics of the steel belt system, and builds a simulation model of the continuously variable transmission. Through theoretical analysis and derivation, the mathematical relationship between vehicle acceleration, fuel consumption rate and speed ratio change rate under transient conditions is obtained. With the help of the simulation environment, the influence of the change rate of the speed ratio on the hardware safety and the power, economy and ride comfort of the vehicle under a typical working condition is analyzed. From this, it is known that the vehicle application can control the change rate of the speed ratio according to the driving intention, and at the same time, the change rate of the speed ratio needs to be limited. This provides a theoretical basis for the research and development of speed ratio control based on driving intention and the desktop calibration of speed ratio parameters.
