蜂窝夹芯薄壁梁碰撞性能仿真

摘要: 文章建立了蜂窝夹芯薄壁梁损伤分析模型,其中蜂窝芯材采用 Besant 准则结合常量刚 度折减方法模拟;蜂窝芯材与薄壁梁之间的胶层失效效应采用基于表面的粘性接触方法模拟。 基于 ABAQUS 软件,研究了薄壁梁壁厚、截面宽度、碰撞角度对碰撞性能的影响规律。仿真 结果表明,蜂窝夹芯可有效提升薄壁梁的碰撞性能。研究对薄壁梁吸能结构设计及其参数选 择具有指导意义。

Abstract: A damage analysis model of honeycomb-filled thin-walled column was established. The Besant criterion combined with constant stiffness reduction method was adopted to predict the material parameters of honeycomb core under damage. The delamination phenomenon between honeycomb core and column was simulated by surface-based cohesive behavior. Based on ABAQUS software, the influence of thickness of thin-wall column, section width and collision angle on crash worthiness was analyzed. Simulation results show that honeycomb-filled thin-walled column can effectively enhance the collision performance. It is instructive for the design and parameter selection of thin-walled column.
