电动汽车用扁线绕组电机发展研究

摘要: 论文首先探讨了电动汽车扁线绕组电机的关键技术和发展趋势,包括扁线绕组的制作工艺、 电机的铜耗计算和冷却等技术。其次介绍了扁线绕组电机的特点,并与圆线绕组电机进行了对比, 对扁线绕组独特的制作步骤进行了说明。再次介绍了扁线绕组电机在国内外的发展以及应用情况。 然后介绍了扁线绕组电机铜耗及其计算方法的研究现状,对应用于扁线绕组电机的不同冷却方法 和计算方法进行了阐述,分析了各自的优点。最后给出了扁线绕组电机关键技术解决方法的方向, 为新能源汽车技术发展提供一定参考。

Abstract: The key technologies and development trends of Hair-pin winding motors for electric vehicles are discussed, including the manufacturing process of Hair-pin windings, the calculation of copper consumption and cooling technologies of motors. The characteristics of the Hair-pin winding motor are introduced, compared with the round wire winding motor, and the unique manufacturing steps of the Hair-pin winding are explained. The development and application of Hair-pin winding motors at home and abroad are introduced. The research status of copper loss and its calculation method of Hair-pin winding motor is introduced. Different cooling methods and calculation methods applied to Hair-pin winding motor are expounded, and their advantages are analyzed. The direction of the key technical solutions for Hair-pin winding motors is given, which provides a certain reference for the development of new energy vehicle technology.
