摘要: 随着社会的发展,我国重卡市场保有量连年上升,客户对重卡舒适性、智能化的需求逐渐 提高,整车电器零部件也就越来越多,随之而来的整车电器故障问题也逐渐显现,故障率日渐上 升。重卡在行驶过程中,常常因汽车线束问题导致的电器系统失效,严重威胁汽车行驶安全。文 章主要从处理重卡线束磨损的经验出发,列举在售后改进过程中线束各类失效的典型模式,分析 失效的原因并提出有效整改方案,极大降低线束售后金额,提高整车电器系统可靠性。

Abstract: With the development of society,the number of heavy truck market in China has been rising year after year, customers for the comfort of heavy truck, intelligent demand, the vehicle electrical parts are more and more, followed by the vehicle electrical failure rate is gradually appearing. In the process of driving heavy truck, the electrical system failure often occurs due to the automobile wiring harness problem, which seriously affects the safety of the vehicle. This paper mainly deals with the experience of heavy truck wiring harness wear, lists the typical failure modes of wiring harness in the process of after-sale improvement, analyzes the causes of failure and puts forward effective rectification schemes, which can greatly reduce the after-sale cost of wiring harness and improve the reliability of the vehicle electrical system.
