FSEC 赛车电池箱结构强度有限元分析

Finite Element Analysis of Structural Strength of FSEC Racing Battery Box

摘要: 针对 FSEC 赛事规则以及动力系统的需求,文章设计一种 FSEC 赛车电池箱体。在 CATIA 中建立电池箱体有限元模型,通过使用 ANSYS workbench 有限元仿真软件对其进行急加速、急减 速、转弯、耐久等工况分析,得到电池箱体的变形云图、应力云图和疲劳交变应力云图,明确了 最大应力值以及最大变形位置,为后续结构优化设计提供方向。利用 ANSYS 软件进行仿真驱动研 发,极大提高了设计效率,促进了大赛的发展。

Abstract: According to the rules of FSEC racing and the demand of power system, this paper designs a kind of battery box for FSEC racing car. The finite element model of the battery box is established in CATIA. Through the analysis of the working conditions of rapid acceleration, rapid deceleration, turning and durability by using the ANSYS workbench finite element simulation software, the deformation cloud diagram, stress cloud diagram and fatigue alternating stress cloud diagram of the battery box are obtained, and the maximum stress value and the maximum deformation position are defined, which provides the direction for the follow-up structural optimization design. The research and development of simulation driver by using ANSYS software greatly improves the design efficiency and promotes the development of the competition.
