关键词: 钣金与涂装是汽车售后市场的重要组成部分，为了解国内外钣金与涂装创新创业现状，文 章采用问卷调查、实地考察、文献研究等方法进行了研究，分析得出以下结论：钣金与涂装设备 产品更加环保、便利，工艺更加安全、高效，生产管理更加智能化、数据化，生产三废处理更加 绿色环保，从业人员在工作中自制设备工具使操作变得更简易。通过对钣金与涂装行业创业的调 查，发现汽车钣喷快修连锁化发展迅速，用户忠诚度、满意度稳中有升；钣喷维修小店机遇与挑 战并存，在售后维修市场夹缝中求生存；技工院校钣喷创新创业教育已逐步展开。

Abstract: Sheet metal and coating is an important part of the automotive after-sales market. In order to understand the current situation of sheet metal and coating innovation and entrepreneurship at home and abroad, this paper uses the methods of questionnaire survey, field investigation and literature research, and draws the following conclusions: sheet metal and coating equipment products are more environmentally friendly and convenient, the process is more safe and efficient, and the production management is more intelligent and data-based, the treatment of three wastes in production is more green and environmentfriendly. Employees make their own equipment and tools at work to make the operation easier. Through the investigation of entrepreneurship in sheet metal and coating industry, it is found that the chain of rapid repair of automobile sheet metal and coating has developed rapidly, and the customer loyalty and satisfaction have increased steadily; B&P repair shop has both opportunities and challenges to survive in the cracks of after-sales maintenance market; the innovation and entrepreneurship education of sheet metal spraying in technical colleges has been gradually carried out.
