摘要: 文章针对重型卡车制造中手工搬运零件劳动强度大、效率低、职业健康风险高的问题, 基于人因工程视角,利用弹簧储能与释能的特性,通过对作业过程系统分析及现场试验研究, 设计了一种升降随动装置。该装置可随物料取用自动调节高度,使物料始终维持在最佳操作的 位置。实践表明,该装置显著减少了人员弯腰幅度和频率,提升了作业安全性和效率。其制 造成本低、免外部动力、维护便捷、可大范围推广等优势,为重体力物料搬运提供了高性价 比的解决方案,对推进绿色生产具有重要实践意义。

Abstract: To address the issues of high labor intensity, low efficiency, and high occupational health risks associated with manual parts handling in heavy-duty truck manufacturing, this paper adopts an ergonomic perspective and leverages the energy storage and release characteristics of springs. Through systematic analysis of the operation process and field experimental research, a follow-up lifting device has been designed. This device automatically adjusts its height according to material retrieval, ensuring that materials are always maintained at the optimal operating position. Practical application shows that the device significantly reduces the frequency and extent of person bending, thereby improving both operational safety and efficiency. With advantages such as low cost, no external power requirement, easy maintenance, and wide applicability, it offers a cost-effective solution for heavy physical labor material handling and holds significant practical value for promoting green production.
