摘要: 针对汽车底盘硬件在环(HIL)测试中电动助力转向(EPS)与电子液压制动(EHB)的 耦合协同有效性及可靠性问题,文章提出一种基于 dSPACE 的 EPS-EHB 硬件在环测试方案。 该方案采用车辆动力学模型(ASM),通过 EtherCAT 通信协议实现测试台架与仿真模型之 间的数据交互,同时将测试台架的实际物理量实时反馈至 ASM,并在 SCALEXIO 实时系统 中实现闭环控制。仿真结果表明,所提 HIL 测试方案可靠合理,可为底盘系统 HIL 测试方法 提供参考。

Abstract: This paper presents a dSPACE-based hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test scheme for electric power steering (EPS) and electro-hydraulic braking (EHB) to investigate the effectiveness and reliability of their coordinated control under coupling characteristics in automotive chassis HIL tests. The scheme adopts the automotive simulation models (ASM) and uses the EtherCAT communication protocol to implement data interaction between the test bench and the simulation model. The actual physical quantities of the test bench are fed back to the ASM in real time, and closed-loop control is realized in the SCALEXIO real-time system. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed HIL test scheme is reliable and reasonable, and can provide a reference for HIL test methods of chassis systems.
