摘要: 文章聚焦于混线生产模式下的生产线平衡优化问题,以基准工序模板为核心研究对象, 针对小批量多品种的生产现状,深入分析混线生产的必要性与复杂性,提出了节拍相近和节 拍差异较大两种典型场景下的混线生产平衡策略。通过构建基于基准工序模板的数学模型, 探索其原理,并结合实际案例展示其在优化混线生产平衡、提升生产效率、降低生产成本等 方面的实践应用。研究结果表明,基准工序模板能够有效整合不同产品的生产流程,减少工 序浪费,提高生产线的柔性与应变能力,为企业在混线生产模式下实现高效运营提供理论支 持与实践指导。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the optimization of production line balancing in mixed-model production, with benchmark process templates as the core research object. In response to the current situation of small-batch and multi-variety production, the necessity and complexity of mixed-model production are analyzed in depth, and balancing strategies for mixed-model production under two typical scenarios of similar and significantly different production rhythms are proposed. By constructing a mathematical model based on benchmark process templates and exploring its principles, the practical application of optimizing mixed-model production balancing, improving production efficiency, and reducing production costs is demonstrated through case studies. The results show that benchmark process templates can effectively integrate the production processes of different products, reduce process waste, and enhance the flexibility and adaptability of the production line, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises to achieve efficient operation under the mixed-model production mode.
