Innovation and Application of Vehicle Network Training Platform in Engine Electronic Control Teaching

摘要: 文章以汽车发动机电控系统检修课程为研究对象,针对当前教学中存在的内容散点化、 实训设备老旧且数量不足、学生实操与诊断思维薄弱等问题,引入基于车载网络的发动机电 控实训设备。该设备具有“一车多用”、数据采集与分析、故障模拟等功能。通过“发动机怠 速不稳”的实训案例,详细阐述了其在教学中的应用流程。实践表明,该设备有助于优化实 训条件,帮助学生构建系统的电控知识体系,强化实操能力与诊断思维,为教学提供了创新 路径,对提升高职汽车专业教学质量具有重要意义。

Abstract: This paper takes the course of Overhaul of Automobile Engine Electronic Control System as the research object, aiming at the problems in the current teaching, such as the fragmentation of the content, the old and insufficient number of training equipment, and the weak thinking of students in practice and diagnosis, introduces the engine electronic control training equipment based on the vehicle network. The equipment has the functions of "one vehicle for multiple purposes", data acquisition and analysis, fault simulation and control of actuators. Through the training case of "engine idling instability", the application process in teaching is described in detail. Practice shows that the equipment is helpful to optimize the training conditions, to help students build a systematic knowledge system of electronic control, to strengthen the practical ability and diagnostic thinking, and to provide an innovative path for teaching, which is of great significance to improve the teaching quality of automobile specialty in higher vocational colleges.
