摘要: 储能装置是电子机械制动(EMB)系统实现应急制动的关键组件,为了提高储能装置的 可靠性,文章针对 48 V 锂电池在 EMB 系统试验样车测试中异常关闭导致 EMB 系统失效问 题,对车辆采集的总线数据进行深入分析,提出了三种供电系统优化方案。经验证,动态调 整直流-直流(DC-DC)转换器输出电压的优化方案可有效解决 EMB 系统异常掉电故障,保 障车辆行驶安全,为商用车 EMB 系统的安全性提升与产业化落地提供了技术参考。

Abstract: The energy storage device is a key component for the electromechanical braking (EMB) system to achieve emergency braking. To improve the reliability of the energy storage device, this paper addresses the problem of EMB system failure caused by the abnormal shutdown of the 48 V lithium battery during the testing of EMB system prototype vehicles, conducts an in-depth analysis of the bus data collected by the vehicle, and proposes three optimization schemes for the power supply system. It is verified that the optimization scheme of dynamically adjusting the output voltage of the direct current-direct current (DC-DC) converter effectively resolves the abnormal power-off fault of the EMB system, ensures vehicle driving safety, and provides a technical reference for improving the safety and promoting the industrialization of the EMB system for commercial vehicles.
