汽车感知质量评价体系研究

摘要: 随着消费者对汽车质量需求的提升,汽车感知质量评审在整车开发过程中的应用越来 越广泛,但目前自主品牌对于感知质量评价体系缺乏系统研究。文章通过总结各车企研究现 状,对汽车感知质量的定义、分类和研究内容进行了详细介绍,并结合某合资车企实践经验, 对汽车感知质量工作的开展和评价体系进行了深入探讨和研究,重点对感知质量评价方法、 新车型开发各阶段感知质量评价时间、评价内容和评价模式进行了详细介绍,包括虚拟评审、 模型评审和实车评审等,并提出了基于量产车型感知质量评价、新品车型感知质量评价及专 项问题感知质量评价逐层递进的评价体系,为汽车企业开展感知质量工作提供了理论指导和 实践参考。

Abstract: With the increasing demand for automobile quality among consumers, the application of automotive perceived quality evaluation in the whole vehicle development process has become more widespread. However, independent brands currently lack systematic research on the perceived quality evaluation system. This article summarizes the research status of various automobile manufacturers, provides a detailed introduction to the definition, classification and research content of automotive perceived quality, conducts in-depth discussion and research on the implementation of perceived quality work and the evaluation system by combining the practical experience of a joint-venture automobile enterprise, focuses on detailing perceived quality evaluation methods as well as the evaluation timing, content and mode of perceived quality in each stage of new vehicle development, including virtual evaluation, model evaluation and physical vehicle evaluation, and proposes a progressive evaluation system based on perceived quality evaluation of mass-produced vehicles,perceived quality evaluation of new models and perceived quality evaluation of specific issues, thereby providing theoretical guidance and practical reference for automobile enterprises to carry out perceived quality work.
