摘要: 配件仓库布局优化是企业仓储管理中的关键环节,可以提高仓库的空间利用率,降本 增效,改善客户满意度。选取郑州颐德宝宝马 4S 店进行研究,发现该公司配件仓库存在功能 区面积不合理,规划不科学,作业流程不规范等问题,导致效率低下,存在安全隐患。重新 设计和调整各个作业区的面积,采用系统布置设计(SLP)方法对仓库进行布局优化,得到新 方案。量化对比和专家评估均表明,新方案能显著提升仓容利用率、有效缩短备货时间、改 善操作安全性,验证了其应用价值。

Abstract: Optimizing the layout of the parts warehouse is a crucial aspect of enterprise warehouse management. It increases storage density, reduces operating costs, and improves efficiency, as a result, customer satisfaction is significantly enhanced. The Zhengzhou Yidebao BMW dealership is selected as the research subject. An analysis of the parts warehouse revealed unreasonable functional-zone sizing, an irrational overall layout, and non-standard operating procedures, leading to low efficiency and safety risks. The areas of all functional zones are rescaled and redesigned, and the warehouse layout is optimized using the systematic layout planning (SLP) method, resulting in a new layout scheme. Quantitative comparison and expert evaluation have both shown that the new solution can significantly improve warehouse capacity utilization rate, effectively shorten stocking time, and improve operational safety, verifying its application value.
