基于大数据的智能与新能源汽车产业 人才需求分析

摘要: 近年来,随着智能与新能源汽车快速发展,相关产业和行业涌现出与传统燃油车不同 的技术且发展迅速,与之相关的人才需求愈来愈旺盛。“产业人才需求大数据平台”可通过整 合多源数据、运用智能算法,实现人才供需的精准匹配。文章利用该数据平台,按照智能与 新能源汽车产业链划分出全国约 6 630 家智能汽车典型企业,对智能与新能源汽车典型企业 人才需求的特征、行业分布及岗位画像进行分析。通过分析可知,企业对智能与新能源产业 人才在岗位学历、专业、工作年限、经验、能力素质、专业技能和知识等维度存在不同要求, 汽车行业人才结合自身特点,力争在智能与新能源汽车行业中找到自身职业岗位的发展方向。

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of intelligent and new energy vehicles, related industries and industries have emerged different technologies from traditional fuel vehicles and developed rapidly, and the demand for talents related to them is increasingly strong. The "industrial talent demand big data platform" can realize the accurate matching of talent supply and demand by integrating multi-source data and applying intelligent algorithms. The paper utilizes this data platform to identify approximately 6 630 leading enterprises in China's intelligent and new energy vehicle industry chain. It analyzes the characteristics of talent demand, industry distribution, and job profiles among these enterprises. The analysis reveals that companies have varying requirements for professionals in this sector regarding educational qualifications, academic specialties, work experience, expertise, competency levels, technical skills, and knowledge domains. The talents in the automobile industry strive to find their own career development direction in the intelligent and new energy vehicle industry according to their own characteristics.
