新能源汽车技术课程考核改革探索与实践

摘要: 为改进课堂教学效果,提高新能源汽车技术人才培养质量,助力我国汽车强国发展目 标,针对新能源汽车(NEV)技术课程,结合课程特点及学生课堂学习情况,在学生最为重 视的课程考核环节提出了教学改革探索方案。制定了学生过程性考核量化方案,在过程性考 核中淡化评分标准,提高学生参与度,在试卷中增设了非标准答案开放试题,强化综合应用 能力与创新精神培养,并在教学过程中进行了实践探索。通过细化过程考核,并结合非标准 答案试题,激发了学生的学习动力,培养了学生创新思维,考试成绩及学生反馈均显示,该 教学改革方案取得了有益效果。

Abstract: To enhance the effectiveness of classroom instruction, improve the quality of talent cultivation in new energy vehicle (NEV) technology, and contribute to China's goal of becoming a leading automotive nation, a teaching reform exploration plan has been proposed for the NEV technology course. This plan is tailored to the characteristics of the course and the students' learning progress in class, focusing on the course assessment aspect that student value most. A quantitative scheme for process-oriented assessment of students has been established, which de-emphasizes strict grading criteria during the process of assessment to boost student engagement. Additionally, nonstandard test questions have been introduced into the examination to strength the cultivation of comprehensive application abilities and innovative spirits. Practical explorations have been conducted throughout the teaching process. By refining the process assessment and incorporating non-standard answer questions, students' learning motivation has been stimulated, and their innovative thinking has been nurtured. Both examination results and student feedback indicate that this teaching reform plan has achieved beneficial outcomes.
