多轴车辆半主动悬架自适应控制系统研究

摘要: 多轴车辆通常采用传统悬架系统,其行驶平顺性具有一定局限性,采用性能参数可调 的主动悬架与半主动悬架可有效改善车辆行驶性能与操纵性能。文章建立了多轴车辆的动力 学模型、随机路面激励模型,利用 MATLAB 软件对多轴车辆整车平顺性进行了仿真计算。利 用车辆悬架系统的评价指标,研究了车辆悬架系统的半主动控制策略与方案,通过仿真数据 对比,结果表明,采用单目标自适应控制半主动悬架系统可明显提高多轴车辆的行驶平顺性 和操纵稳定性。

Abstract: Starting from the limitation of traditional suspension for multi-axle vehicles, active suspension and semi-active suspension are introduced to effectively improve the driving and handling performance of vehicles. The dynamics model and random road excitation model of multiaxle vehicle are established, and the ride comfort of multi-axle vehicle is simulated by MATLAB software. Based on the evaluation index of vehicle suspension system, the semi-active control strategy and scheme of vehicle suspension system are studied. Through the comparison of simulation data, the results show that the semi-active suspension with single objective adaptive control can obviously improve the ride comfort and handling stability of multi-axle vehicles.
